Goodyear Auto Service

Elsie does a magnificent job to streamline the process of purchasing a new tire at Goodyear. Her special gift is calming a customer who may be shocked about the price of a new tire. She explained their policies and discounts ahead of time, and I knew I was getting quality service and value for my new tire. Waiting in their cool lobby, Elsie kept a good friendly banter going, and before long, I was driving away with a smile and a spiffy new tire. Goodyear and especially Elsie, treat the customers like family with Aloha and care. I recommend their services!

I had a great experience at Goodyear Auto Service in Kihei. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. It’s refreshing to find a team that genuinely cares about their customers and provides such excellent service. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for honest and dependable tire and auto service in Kihei!

Been coming here at least every 6 months for at least 10 years. Customer service is consistently excellent, especially with Elsie the manager. In fact when praising Malia at the counter, she credited Elsie’s strong leadership with high expectations. They always make sure I get whatever deals and sales are available to save me money. It’s nice to walk away feeling like you got your moneys worth and like you’re a valued customer. Highly recommend this station!

I had a very positive customer experience at the Kihei, Maui Goodyear location. Elsie and Malia gave excellent customer care! I planned to drop off my car for brake work, expecting that brake pads would have to be replaced. Malia got all the preparatory paperwork completed for me and did it with great customer care. Then store manager Elsie asked me a few qualifying questions to try to understand what to have her mechanics look for. She explained that the symptoms I described didn’t guarantee that new brakes pads would be needed. I was impressed with her honesty! Then a mechanic looked at my brakes and gave Elsie the good news that no work needed to be done. There was no attempt to “upsell” me. I could not be happier with my experience there and will continue to do business with them with a deep sense of trust that they will tell me the truth about the proper service my vehicles need. #grateful

I love getting tire service at Kihei Goodyear! It's conveniently located in Kihei town and you can always get an appointment that works with your schedule. The people are SO NICE! I needed a new tire and it wasn't available anywhere on the island. Elsie called around the various shops on Maui over and over until she found one--it took 5 months! The whole time she kept me updated and she assured me that when she found my tire, she would call me and get me in--which she did just last week. It was a BREEZE thanks to Elsie! Thank you so much!!!
